LIFT Essential Needs Grants

At Life Interrupted, we understand that the loss of a loved one can have a huge impact on an individual’s finances. We firmly believe that every family and individual should have access to the support they need during such a challenging time. We offer grants to help with monthly bills such as rent and utilities, or to assist in the cost of funeral expenses.

LIFT Grants amounts range from $500-$2500. The amount of aid is based on Life Interrupted Foundation’s point system that considers annual income and the number of children. If approved, these emergency grants will be paid directly towards monthly expenses or the cost of the funeral service.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to provide financial assistance to those in need following an unexpected loss. To ensure that our resources are allocated effectively, we have established eligibility requirements in order to receive financial assistance from Life Interrupted. While we encourage all those dealing with the loss of a loved one to apply for aid, we strive to direct our support to those facing the greatest financial hardships.

LIFT Financial Aid

LIFT Grants will be awarded to families or individuals who have experienced sudden loss, and is based on our specific criteria. Any money distributed will be paid directly to monthly expenses or cost of funeral services.

At this time, we are able to offer up to $2,500 in aid. The amount an individual or family is able to receive is based on a point system. If you have suffered an unexpected loss of a loved one and are directly financially impacted by the death, please fill out our form below to receive information on how to apply for LIFT.
